Tianjin TEEK Transmission Co., Ltd (TEEK) is initiated by Huajian Hi-Tech (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd which is under Chinese Academy of Science. The company was founded and registered on December 20th, 2010 with a registered capital of 105 millions RMB. It's located in  Baodi Economy Development Zone of Tianjin, covering an area of 300 mu(20 hectares).  It is specialized in research, development, manufacturing, sales and service of high precision heavy load gear boxes.

TEEK has imported the global-leading technology of high power gear box AEROGEAR from RENK Germany through an exclusive license transfer. It provides matching  gear boxes for 3- 5MW series wind turbines from home and abrod.   The company has built a capacity of yearly yield of 1,000 gear boxes in the first phase of investment. Phase two is expected to reach the capacity of 2,000 heavy load gearboxes by 2015. The company strives to become a professional high precision heavy load gearbox transmission company among the  first class in China and internationally well-known.
