Teek’s 3 MW gearbox production development was listed in the "2014 National Strategic Emerging Industries (Energy) Project ", which will be supported by the central budget projects.
With an investment of 65 million yuan, the project will reach the annual capacity of 150 sets of 3 to 5 MW wind power gearbox of international-level technology. It aims to replace imported products and meet the domestic manufacturers’ requirements for 3-5 MW high-power wind gear box. The project is expected to improve the technical level and reliability of the wind turbine in China and propel the upgrade of industry structure.
