In order to build a good talent team and enhance their basic-level lead-ship, Tianjin Teek held the 2014 special training classes for basic-level group leader from production line and administrative department.
24 employees attended this training and were given 10 subjects by top management or experienced department directors. Chief Designer Dr. Weiss was invited to give lectures on effective management.
