Dr. Weiss was invited to the awarding ceremony of Tianjin Haihe Friendship Award on Sept.18, 2014 in Tianjin.
Dr. Weiss and another 9 foreign experts were conferred with the honorary credential and memorial trophy.
The Tianjin Haihe Friendship Award was established in 2006 for the purpose to commend the outstanding contribution that had been made by foreign experts in the economic and social development of Tianin. It is the highest honor given from Tianjin Municipal Poeple’s Government to those foreign experts working in Tianjin.
