The second meeting of the third general conference of the stockholders was held on July 11th, 2011. All the stockholders passed an incentive stock option plan of 10% of the total capital stock for the drive of the management team. General manager Mr. Li Jianhua expressed his deep appreciation by heart on behalf of the management team for the trust of all the stockholders. He also said the first class management structure for sustainable development will be built based on this good opportunity to create values for the customers, to create the maximum values for the employees and the stockholders.
