In November 2016, Li Jianhua, the company's chairman and general manager, presided over the publication of a book entitled "TPM from Toyota's Frontline - TPM" written by the company's senior consultant, Lean expert Yang Kai. The book takes Huajian Tianheng Company as the first-line benchmark for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and displays the details of Toyota's TPM mechanism.
